VoxSoma provides personalized audio experiences designed for relaxation and wellness. Our service delivers customized 8-hour audio sessions based on user preferences. Each cycle is a one-time purchase at €39 — there is no subscription.

Important: VoxSoma is a wellness and personal development audio product designed for relaxation and wellness support. It is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Individual experiences may vary.

The service is provided "as is" and includes:

• 7 personalized affirmations crafted to your stated intention
• A full 8-hour audio session with 5 audio layers
• Customizable nature background sounds
• Option to use your own voice or a synthetic voice

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Pricing and Billing

• Each cycle costs €39 as a one-time payment — there is no recurring subscription
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required

2.2 One-Time Purchase Terms

• Each cycle is a separate one-time purchase — there is no automatic renewal
• After completing a cycle, you may purchase additional cycles at your discretion
• There is no obligation to purchase further cycles

4.1 EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel their subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, even if they have already used the service. This is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

• VoxSoma retains all rights to the sleep audio content, personalization technology, and brand materials
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is prohibited

• Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the VoxSoma service
• You may not download, record, or redistribute our audio content
• You retain ownership of your user data (email, preferences, listening history)

5.3 User Generated Content

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or content to VoxSoma, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such content into our service without compensation to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

VOXSOMA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:

• The uninterrupted, error-free operation of our service
• Specific sleep outcomes or health benefits
• The suitability of our service for your specific needs

6.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXSOMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

VoxSoma shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages (including but not limited to Cloudflare, Stripe, and AI processing services), cyberattacks, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

10. Age Requirements

VoxSoma is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you may use VoxSoma only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16 in accordance with GDPR Article 8. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a user under 16 without parental consent, we will promptly delete such data.
